Firearm Matters

The Second Amendment’s protection of the right to bear arms has been a controversial topic for decades. In Connecticut, we also have in our State Constitution, at Article I, Section XV, the following language: “Every citizen has a right to bear arms in defense of himself and the state.” Nonetheless, even though it is clear that the citizens of Connecticut are allowed to have firearms, the purchase, sale, ownership, type, and usage of firearms is heavily regulated by state, as well as federal law.

In Connecticut, gun laws are strict and penalties for violations are severe. Fishbein Law Firm, LLC is ready to represent you in a variety of firearm related matters, including:

  • Denial and/or Revocation of a Pistol Permit
  • Charges related to the Unlawful Sale of Firearm
  • Charges related to the Unlawful Possession of Firearm
  • Charges related to the Unlawful Discharge of Firearm
